The point was raised that with the addition of the Community Rule as a well received catch-all there was room available to relax the 'stranglehold rules' that cropped up over the last few contests. Therefore, by a vote of 3-2, in what will become known as The Charon Amendment, talliers will still be responsible for making sure their updates are accurate in the sense that they do not remove characters from the list or misattribute saves, but will no longer be held accountable for the save times of other players. vcharon 03/22/12 2:25:00 PM #296:	General magicians list: 1) Yunalesca FFX's original summoner should be able to pack a punch in a contest setting. 2) Tellah Though he has only appeared in two contests (promptly booted each time) I have a hard time believing he's really less likable than Cid, Palom or Porom. 3) Braska With Jecht's midcard status firmly confirmed, the mage type character from never-to-be prequel FFX-0 deserves to show what he can do. 4) Ingus Though FF3 doesn't use set job classes, he is shown as a Red Mage at one point in the intro.
