1-3 get universal praise because of their simplicity and goodness, if not outright nostalgia.

1 has the spinning mini-games which are painful, but it did allow you to win coins from other players with 2v2 and 1v3 mini-games so I thought that was nice. Made mini-games a more significant factor in winning.

Mario Party 4 had possibly the best minigames in the series, but the mini/mega gimmick was complete garbage.
What I want is a Mario Party game for the Wii U with online play and the best boards and minigames from MP 1-8 (and some minigames from 9). They don't have to do anything new, just throw in all the best stuff from the rest of the series.
