Except that I've already played a good amount of Chains of Olympus. And then I decided to give Ghost of Sparta a try just to mix it up. It was clearly a better game from the start.

Just got Thera's Bane. This is kind of a stupid mechanic. Blades of Athena already light on fire when you attack. Now hold R1 to make them even MORE FIERY! YAY!

Hmm. Death of Scylla could have been better. I mean, I'm in a volcano... then suddenly there's a pool of water for her to pop out of. And one quick minigame and she's dead. Meh.

aww yeah.

There are enemies in the first one that are insanely annoying though, can't remember what they're called, but it's not like it ever tells you the names anyway.
Both are awesome games.
Both are non-impossible platinums too.

That reminds me, there was one beam at the start of CoO, and I got a trophy saying "All Beam Walks Completed".

So there's only one beam in that entire game, and there's a trophy for it?
