Board 8 > Golden Sun Get

So, I went to some store, and noticed that the original Golden sun was selling for cheap. Like, $4 cheap. With all the positive things I've heard about it, I purchased it and decided to start playing.

Anything I maight need to know?

I don't believe there are any permanently missable things, so not really anything important you need to know

There are actually, or at least there's 1 I can think of off hand, can't remember if there's more.

just, if you want to transfer data to the second game, make sure you get all the Djinn, 7 per character

Oh yes there is, and it's a big one. Make sure when you meet the invisible guy that you figure out how to get the item that teaches you the invisible spell. It's missable after a certain story event.

Be prepared for the most ridiculous amount of unnecessary words in any RPG.

Golden Sun is a terrible game.

First person I've ever seen call it terrible.

I found it to be a very enjoyable game, as was the second one. The third however....

The dialogue can be a bit too much in the first game, especially when it's like

Character 1: *line*
three seconds of silence
*emoticon*
Character 2: *line*
three seconds of silence
*emoticon*
Character 1: *line*
Character 3: *repeats character 1's line in different words*


The second game's not quite as bad about it
