Anyone tried this? I'm thinking of blending a milk + ice cream + oreos + vodka blend. But I know it could end up disgusting.

The best burger place I've ever eaten at has baller milkshakes that you can add alcohol to for a couple bucks. Pretty damn tasty, imo. Vodka would be best for a standard vanilla shake.

Yeah, it's good as long as you get the proportions right. Vodka's a good choice.

Substituting the milk for vanilla ice cream in a White Russian or making a Frozen Mudslide ( http://www.yummly.com/recipe/Frozen-Mudslide-Recipezaar_1 ) are also good ideas.
