As in actual magicians / performers. I've been really interested in the past few months, starting with watching all of David Blaine's specials and various videos of him online, and now more recently I've been watching Penn and Teller shows (Getting closed to finishing Fool Us, which is awesome). I'd love to see either act live. I've also been practicing in my spare time since early March and have become okay with easy card tricks. I've only done tricks for friends but their reactions make the whole thing so satisfying, and it's fun to learn to!
Anyways David's my favorite since I really enjoy his street magic stuff, though I'd say Teller is a better technical magician. (Though he does have a lot more experience)
I don't really watch "true" magicians, but there have been some great magicians who have applied those skills to comedy stand-up. Steve Martin and The Amazing Jonathan are two good examples.
