I feel like it'd be good to get a second Wii for the long-term since my regular one is in bad shape and it wouldn't be worth paying for repairs, but BC is a good feature to have.

Sadly British Columbia hasn't been the same since the robot holocaust, so I doubt they still have any Wii's

I don't know when they started/are going to start producing the non-BC wiis, but they won't be making BC ones once or i they already have. Best bet would probably be used.

and SEP, they stopped putting GCN compatibility in the newer wii models.

I think that the flat Wiis are the ones that lack BC if I am not mistaken

I've only ever seen the black ones with Mario Kart or NSMBW in them in stores, which still have BC.
