Maybe if Nintendo had some of the prizes Japan and Europe have, I'd be more inclined to use my coins.

Nintendo have had some awesome prizes lately - Zelda posters, 3DS game case, Majora's Mask, Luigi 3DS pouch. It's easy to spend all your coins.

It holds my PSP pretty well too, though I believe that isn't its intended use.
