I know what E-Mail its linked to but I don't know the password to said email -__-

Also, i should mention that I'm currently signed in and the password is saved on the PS3

You can't do some sort of "Retrieve lost password" thing, can you?
Sometimes things have that option.

This very same thing happened to me except its for my Xbox Live account. I can't remember the password, and nor the password for the email address I used.

Happened like 6 months ago and I still haven't found a solution

The point of the security questions is to be a backup when you can't remember your password.
