Sure, some people get themselves into f**ed up positions that may* not be entirely their fault, but uhhh 95% it's their fault, whether it be going down a bad path(drugs, alcohol, gambling addictions, w.e), bad money management, bad deals, or w.e. I mean, why are they taking care of an animal, if they can't even take care of themselves. And I imagine the dogs would most likely be strays anyway, and if they're not puppies, they'd likely go unadopted if they were taken to shelters. Honestly, those seem like some of the most loyal dogs, too.
