New items will be added, upping the total count from 131 to over 230. There'll also be new rooms, monsters, alternate chapters, challenges and "a ton of other little details" according to McMillen.

You'll also be able to unlock a new character: Samson (the beserker).

I saw some screenshots a few weeks ago but I can't find them now.

I don't know, I think that has to do with it being flash-based so I don't know how much can be done.

TRT, it's an expansion. You have to buy the original too. Definitely costs no more than five bucks though
