A value meal is a specific combination of items at a reduced price.

please stop ordering "value meal [value menu item]" and making me guess whether you want your thing for a dollar or in a combo

or ordering "off the value meal" which I will at least understand but you still sound kinda dumb

theres two kinds kinds of double cheese burgers at McDonalds

one thats on the dollar menu and another one thats like 20 more cents cause it has an extra slice of cheese

so when I say "Double Cheese Burger off the dollar menu" I want the cheaper one
