Alright, that is weird. Well, I still hope that the manga doing well could boost the anime's ratings and sales so I can get a season 2.

Speaking of Kuroko. New episode was great. Glad to see all the seniors are able to do at least something, and some of them can do quite amazing stuff. Now Kuroko is in again to do some badass stuff.

It makes sense if you look at the Naruto and Bleach volume numbers.

Even Bakuman volumes sell around the same amount.

It usually ranks at the middle or bottom of WSJ, and considering the 2 new volumes out this year didn't even break the top 50, it's not that impressive.

Anime adaptations of WSJ stuff usually cause an increase in manga sales for them from what I've seen. Sket Dance also got boosted when its anime started and I think Beelzebub got a small boost too.

So I watched the first two episodes of Bleach, and they were pretty great, although of the 6 shows airing on Toonami, Fullmetal Alchemist is the one I'm most interested in atm, so I'll probably be watching that more.

As in I've only read each chapter once up until now and probably don't remember lots of characters.

I don't think there are a whole lot of shounen where I'd rank the main characters pretty low other than Naruto and I guess OP, but that's more because I'd barely rank anybody to begin with.

Well there are only a few REAL main characters. It's pretty much just Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi technically I guess. I've disliked Sasuke and Sakura for the entire series and Naruto got bad in the time skip.

Not necessarily.

It is more faithful in that half-way through the series it doesn't go off on a tangent, but it is way too short for it's own good and suffers pacing problems as it rushes through the story.

I am one of the few people on this planet that do not worship FMA or Brotherhood. I don't see what the big deal is. Grimdark shounen is still shounen.

One Piece was pretty good too, though sadly we don't get Luffy vs. Smoker for now, but that's fine, we got other stuff here. I'm curious to see how they'll fight that slime monster. Haki will probably be involved. Lol Luffy ignoring it and going straight after Ceasar.
