I don't play console games with my right arm extended further than my left arm. They're usually fairly symmetrical!

Guess it depends on if you have a comfy desk/chair setup or not, where to lean your arm etc cuz of the mousing, that can kind of a different beast from the more confy couch with a controller thing.

That said, I haven't had that problemo myself.
