Abis Mal (Aladdin) - tends to be dim witted, selfish and at times, childish. He misses things easily and rely on minions to fight rather than himself. Aside from this he can be a cruel villain. He cares nothing for his henchman and murders them if they fail a mission.
Calypso (Twisted Metal) - Calypso is the creator of the Twisted Metal contest. He grants any wish the contest winner desires, no matter what they desire. Wishes that are otherwise physically impossible are within his power. Calypso often punishes the winner with their own wish in some form of dark irony.

He is a bloodthirsty murderer who kills as naturally as he breathes and enjoys battles to no end. He will slay even his own followers without hesitation, because they disobeyed him or simply ceased to please him.
Dio Brando(Jojo's Bizzare Adventure) – He is the primary antagonist of Parts 1 and 3, but is also considered to be the main villain of the entire series, as his actions affect the JoJo universe long after his death.

Enishi Yukishiro (Rurouni Kenshin) - Enishi also forms "The Six Comrades", a group of six men (himself included), to assist him in his revenge against Kenshin. Brother in-law to Kenshin.
Fuma Monou "Kamui" (X) - Fuuma is initially kind and gentle. He helps his father dutifully and dotes upon his younger sister Kotori, and excels at high-school sports. After Nataku attacks Kyogo and steals the first Shinken, Fuuma's dying father tells him that he is Kamui's twin star. Imothep (The Mummy) - was an Ancient Egyptian priest and advisor to Seti I that would become a plague upon the Earth due to his actions. Once the High Priest of Osiris, Imhotep misused his powers to return life to his deceased lover and so was punished to death by mummification while he was alive. Buried alive, Imhotep was cursed with the Hom-Dai and was resurrected two times, his curse nearly destroying the Earth and its people each time.
J. Worthington Foulfellow (Pinocchio) - He and his minion Gideon take the wooden puppet to both Stromboli and Pleasure Island.
Katz (Courage the Cowardly Dog) - is a red, lanky anthropomorphic cat, complete with his own background music whenever he appears. He is Courage's arch-nemesis and the show's most recurring antagonist. He specializes in scam businesses such as a vacation resort, a candy shop, a motel and a submarine cruise line. He is extremely sadistic and many of his businesses involve torturing or outright killing his customers.
Scorpina (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) - was one of Rita Repulsa's most ruthless and dangerous minions, besides Goldar, whom she frequently fought alongside.
Sensui (Yu Yu Hakusho) - also known as the Black Angel, was the main antagonist of the Chapter Black Saga, as well as a former Spirit Detective in his youth, having been recruited by Koenma for his prodigious talents and his unequaled sense of right and wrong.
T-1000 (Terminator 2: Judgment Day) - T-1000 is a Prototype Series 1000 Terminator sent by Skynet from the future to terminate John Connor's younger self. It was the second Infiltrator sent back on assassination missions by Skynet.
Unicron (Transformers Series) - His massive form is powered by the consumption of planets, moons, stars, and even the very fabric of existence. Unicron will not be sated until his ultimate goal is attained: to bring an end to the annoying creation boasting independence around him, and find peace by becoming the living center of a swirling, infinite torrent of nothingness at the end of all things.
