I still can't believe she's never won a Disney contest on this board (Ariel has two or three and even Mulan has one). Belle is way overdue, and she got the better opponent for it. Hook will still be tough, but I don't think she could have done it against Scar.

Okay look. I'm sorry for talking Scar up. He's my favourite character from the movie. I BELIEVED him to be the biggest threat, so of course I'm going to talk about him being such. I believe wholeheartedly that if the final had SCAR in the topic title it would bring in people to vote for him. Can you seriously deny he's not a fan favourite? I don't have to mention another contest to know that's true.

Wow, I never would have expected this final in a million years. Congrats on bringing Hook all this way, junk. I would have loved to help him out more, but obviously I've had my own priorities with Belle this entire time.

Sorry to the Scar camp. I really do think had he advanced to the finals he would've beaten Belle, but I guess we'll never know. Although I'm pretty sure each side doubted the chances of their own favorite. Whether it was for strategic purpose or so they wouldn't feel as down about it if their favorite got eliminated who knows. For me it was a little of both.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me, Poke and Vish with Belle throughout the contest!

Yeah, with the anti-Scar stuff going around, this was pretty much inevitable. Oh well... at least he made it this far.

So... anybody want to play a small guessing game to decide who I vote for in the final?

Andt was never justified because Belle was always stronger than Scar, just like I said, and he was just complaining to be annoying. If you're gonna complain that's fine and good, but at least be justified.

Minor goal accomplished: I wanted to get a villain in the finals. That being said, the final two standing were not in my original quadfecta of villainy, but nonetheless, the Year of the Villain was overall a success.

No worries. You gotta do what you gotta do. I like Scar, but honestly, he was just my least favorite out of the top 5. That was the best top 5 we've ever had. I think. Let me go and look back.

Well with how good the top 2 was in 1 i wouldn't be surprised if that was a better top 5.

No kidding, but there's always a winner in every save contest. Those people who voted for Belle and Hook throughout had a more fun experience than anyone else.

I mean even now, it's all about "Scar would win in the finals soooo". I mean it just gets annoying. Embrace that your character is the strongest. Belle would probably beat most characters head to head, she's finished in the top 10 four times out of five (the other inside the top 20). Just get really sick of the talk.
