Bandit Keith (Yu-Gi-Oh) - is the former U.S. Duel Monsters Champion. In the original Japanese manga, he was first referenced by Seto Kaiba as a Card Professor, one of many famous Duelists who were known for winning the prizes in large Dueling tournaments. He was so successful in this profession, that his reputation earned him the nickname "Bandit Keith".
Benjamin Linus (Lost) - was a long-time resident of the Island and a leader of the Others. Though often a calm, eloquent antagonist, Ben's insecurity and jealousies sometimes brought out a petulant, reckless side. He remained, however, an expert manipulator, a liar and a murderer, and he served as a main villain for much of the series.
Damon Gant (Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney) - was the eccentric District Chief of Police of the Los Angeles district police department from the conviction of Joe Darke in the SL-9 Incident until the events leading to the SL-9 Incident's resolution.
Dr. Evil (Austin Powers) - Dr. Evil routinely hatches schemes to terrorize and take over the world, and is typically accompanied by his cat Mr. Bigglesworth and his sidekick Mini-Me, a dwarf clone of himself.

Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb) - is a 47 year old mad scientist hailing from the country of Drusselstein. He is the head of Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated. He tends not to be evil in the traditional sense, but rather overly dramatic, eccentric and generally clueless. His usual lair is an office building that he apparently owns, though he's worked from other locations when necessary for his plans. He attempts to wreak generally "evil" havoc and assert his rule across the entire Tri-State Area. Despite true dedication to this mission nearly all of his plans have been thwarted by his nemesis Perry the Platypus.
Hans Gruber (Die Hard) - the leader of the terrorists. an ex-member of a radical West German movement called the Volksfry, is the leader of a group of ruthless psychopaths intent on stealing $640 million in bearer bonds from the Nakatomi Corp. in Los Angeles. Using a courier truck, they gain access to the building and 2 other men let them in after murdering the security guard at the desk. Hans savagely murders senior executive Joseph Takagi after Takagi tells them he does not have the codes to unlock the vault holding the bonds, and they are forced to start drilling into the vault.
Moonstone (Marvel Comics) - It has been revealed that shortly before becoming a Thunderbolt, Karla murdered her mother Marion Sofen by suffocating her and then set her house on fire. Egghead recruited her for the third Masters of Evil and she fought the Avengers.However, her tenure was short-lived as she surrendered after the Masters' defeat. It wasn't long before she broke out of confinement at Project: Pegasus with Blackout, Rhino and Electro, battling the Avengers and escaping into the Darkforce dimension with Blackout.
Shishio Makoto (Rurouni Kenshin) - Shishio is extremely ruthless and coldblooded. He lives by the belief that weak only exist for the benefit of the strong and generally appears devoid of compassion or mercy throughout the series. However, he is not completely heartless. In spite of his sinister nature, he seems genuinely in love with Yumi whom he professed understood him as thoroughly as he understood her.
