Would reject this at 50 hours a week, but 20 per week isn't bad, plus you can always quit and pick something else if you start to really hate it.

So, if minimum wage is $7 right now in your area and changes to $9 in 5 years, then you'll be getting paid $9 in 5 years. That's how inflation is taken into account.
