Alright, so the film opens up in space with all the planets in our Solar System (which have faces by the way) arguing over who the best world is. Beyond the worlds we know about, there's also a planet called "Dream Zone" which keeps balance in the universe and is the best world EVER. BUT SOMETHING HORRIBLE WILL HAPPEN SOON. DUN, DUN, DUN!

Meanwhile, on Dream Zone (a world where everyone--in spite of looking like an ordinary human--is actually a "Cloud" with elemental powers. What do you mean Clouds aren't fire-breathing humans???), a magical fantasy world with flying hoverboards and cell-phones in spite of being a FANTASY world, there's a new King. Who is the best King ever! But he has an EVIL EXILED BROTHER!

Evil exiled brother (Dreadmess. Badmess in the original India version) wants to be King and is also a magical mad scientist. Using a formula given to him by Destiny, he attempts to create the "SUPER CLOUD", Master of All Elements, who will....kill his brother or something, I guess? But if he screws up the formula, it will create something that will be very bad for him. His pet lizard minions (Suddenly and Accidentally) mess up the formula and he creates....SUPER KLOUD, a baby that vomits lightning. He orders the lizard minions to execute the failure.

So the minions take the infant Super Kloud (This is his name by the way. Literally, everyone calls him Super Kloud) to kill him. But he also coughs up valuable gems, so they decide to raise the baby as their own in a get-rich-quick scheme. These gems are never spoken of again.

That's the opening sequence. Seriously. It somehow manages to get worse from there. Kinda amusing if you're into laughing at the worst films ever invented though.

Sold that movie to a dude on Tuesday. He definitely wasn't some moron who thought it was the real one since he's one of those guys that buys new releases on Blu-Ray every week, but I'm not sure that he realized it was going to be that bad... Told me his niece was 8 and her name was Kiara so he figured she'd get a kick out of it.

In some ways, but it's off-the-rails in a way that only a film which opens with an anthromorphic planet Mars arguing with other planets for no reason can be. It kinda has to be seen to be believed.
