This mainly means clicking messy beds and timing how long you have meat in the oven, but it makes you feel hectic enough. The game feels unfair with how random it can be though. Right at the buzzer, a new piece of junk mail can fly in or your candle might go out. I had to adjust a picture frame seven times one play-through. She'll be sure to criticize you about your mess-ups too. Some date -- I don't see her bringing any wine for our empty wine glasses! It's visually that kind of game, which...I mean, it's interesting but also disruptive and feels amateur. Mechanically, it's a few minigames revolv8ng around fast mouse-movement with a puzzle and something akin to a boss fight at the end. I also got freaked out when I went to the random house and rolled DEATH, giving me a game over with creepy shit all over that would ruin anybody's buzz. This is made all the worse by your enemies being moving targets that can one-hit kill you. They can be manipulated, sure, but you can't reliably kill them and new enemies come at a speedy pace. Quickly got frustrated at this game where your one goal is to defeat as many of them as possible each run. There are three types of enemies -- two have interesting attack patterns while the other just sprays bullets, and none of them move particularly uniquely. One hit kills for an instant game over, too...hard to live too long in this, but at least the game's kinda funny with its desth messages like "DESPAIR." The music's cool enough too. You're a skull fighting another skull, and you spit bones at each other to attack. Shooting has two effects on you though so you don't wanna shoot willy-nilly: it takes a little bit of your health each time and also shots push you away in the opposite direction of your aim. One little touch I appreciated is that, while you can't choose what color skull you'll be each round, it does automatically randomize what colors you'll be. Round one may be red versus green, then the rematch could be blue versus yellow. Simple and shallow, but it was nice. If you have the reflexes to time when your hook is over a fish (and intelligence to realize the game won't let you get the smallest fish), you can rack up some serious dough. This allows you to buy prizes and impress this girl you like enough to hold her hand. Just like a woman to want a "human artifact" AKA iPod fron you before you can make a move...but hey, she'll hold your hand even when both your moms are around, so that's cool.
