Awwww yeah, Toon World dropped on the same duel that I won Toon Dragon. It's still not even close to viable since it's just one copy, but I feel good being capable of running it.

How long do we have to do the Pegasus battles?

I realized I could have upgraded to stage 20 and gotten more star chips per duel and an extra duelist per cycle, which probably would have been enough for me to get all of Pegasus's rewards. Now I'm not sure if I'll get all of them before the deadline :(

I did that once with Mythical Beast Cerebus... -500 followed by -3600
Now I just run Armed Ninja (3) and Spell Purification (2) for Toon World.
Blast Held by a Tribute and Staunch Defender can save you sometimes when you can't remove Toon world.

How do I even summon this Flame Ogre guy? It said he can't be special summoned I think, but he has like 7-8 stars. I was thinking of making a fire deck, but I'm not sure I have enough cards. Just trying to make a better deck than what I have.

This is why I don't try to remove Toon World when he has a f/d unless I have a throwaway/no monster.

Every time I've fought Pegasus I just beat him down with higher power cards, didn't even bother removing toon world

The number of times I have switcheroo'd only to get the same card back is disheartening. Thinking of grinding yami until I get destiny draw and using that instead

I fought him at lv40 a couple times and got slaughtered since he had Toon Summon Skull up instantly and I had nothing with higher Attack than it

Also would an Elemental deck be any good? I've got several Elemental type cards and I'm not sure if they mesh well or not.

I'm not sure, I haven't fiddled around with the elemental x's. At first thought it seems like you'll need some attack boosters since all of them are only 1500 atk.

Has anyone else run into a bunch of people disconnecting instead of just surrendering when they're about to lose? Do they not realize I still get the win? Kinda hilarious.

Some can raise their attack by 500 if another type is on the field so that seems somewhat useful.

Yeah, and that will be easier now that there's a whole set of fire monsters (I think fire is the one that raises atk by 500).

I have a lot of different ones. I've got Element uh Magician or Sorceress one of those. Element Saurus. Element Doom. I think an Element Warrior. I probably have like 6 different ones at least.

Well I believe the elements are the same no matter what card they're on. For instance, if one of them has an earth effect, it'll always be "negate the effects of monsters destroyed by this card" no matter if it's saurus, or whatever other elementals have the earth effect, same with water wind and fire.

It seems like I would need a lot of different element types to make use of it. I just wish I had any idea how to build a deck.

I beat stage 40 Pegasus! 3 times even and only got a card once with the others being gold and like 1-10 gems.... :(

Boy, I sure do love when Pegasus gets two Toon Mermaids and Toon Summoned Skull first turn.

I've been on a losing streak with Pegasus. There were a couple times where I was being dumb, but other times I just couldn't block him from attacking directly. I had a bunch of star chips racked up thinking I'd get pretty close to 2 mil points, but now I'm still a ways away :(

I've been loading my deck with Conscription against him. Toons are forced to attack other Toons, helps create a stall since his only non-Toon monster in Level 40 is the mammoth and Copycat. Admittedly it doesn't trigger against Toon Mermaid or Summoned Skull, but that's still a 9/20 chance to get Toon Gemini Elf, Toon Goblin Attack Force, or Toon Cannon Soldier.

Easiest duel ever vs pegauss where he straight up played 0 monsters. Uh okay, thanks for the win! I've gotten a few SRs from him but no toon world as the rest of you have.

Oh and they're adding in new Legendary Duelist rewards sometime, get hyped for Gaia the Dragon Champion!

Also I think it's hilarious that Axe Raider, a 1700 atk normal monster, was a UR in Utimate rising, and in this mini box for Tyrant Dragon we get Warrior Dai Grepher who has the same atk, a whopping 1600 Def at 4 stars...at rare.

Speaking of these packs, are there particular ones I should draw from?

So far I've only done a 10 pack from The Ultimate Rising and Flame of the Tyrant.

I would go for rising and maybe age of discovery if you want a water deck, since those two sets rotate out first, though not for another almost 2 months

Phew, just barely managed to hit 2 Mil.

Also... wow the regular Duelists are getting harder than the legendaries at the point of Rank 39.

Man I'm falling behind, I'm only at 34. I stayed on 33 for a while though cause I pvp'd a ton

Didn't get any until I was at 3.2 mil points, then 3 dropped in 4 duels.
Still no Toon Mermaids but I'm not sure if I would even use them in a Toon world deck.

Toon mermaid is awesome cause it's a special summon by tributing the normal amoutn of monsters for it (AKA 0) so you can special summon it then tribute it for something like summoned skull

I have two toon mermaids, toon summoned skull, but no toon world :( Of course, I have to imagine toon world is a drop from the normal pegasus legendary duel so there's no rush really.

Mermaid would be nice, but I can provide substitutes for getting out my big Toon cards quick.
Toon world works without Toon mermaid, but not the other way around, so I will consider myself lucky that I can still make a Toon deck.
I have 3 of Bubonic vermin, Decayed commander, and Zombie Tiger as well as my 1 Embodiment of Apophis making 10 of my 20 cards fuel for the 5 Toons (blue eyes, ryu-ran, and 3 summoned skulls). The benefit is that destroying Toon world will only kill my big creatures and a mirror wall plus 2 riryoku can still function for a few turns while waiting to draw another Toon world. All I need is to get Pegasus leveled up (and have the Toon world skill drop) and buy 3 Toon summoned skulls from the card trader... which will take a while since I went on a spending spree and have about 4000 left in card trader currency.

Also, I didn't notice any difficulty on level 39s, but 45s are not fun.
9 substitute fusion monsters to get out 2 twin headed thunder dragons in a major card draw deck... I can beat one easy enough, but not two at the same time. And there are two worse decks than that.

Man, three World's?! I can probably squeeze in one more duel with Pegasus before the event is over, but I will most likely have just the one and hope I get the Toon World skill drop when I continue to level him up.

And man, you guys are really far ahead. I'm juggling this and FE Heroes >_>

Right before I got to 2 million points, i got my first toon world. I'm glad, though I feel like two toon worlds are needed if you want to make a toon deck.
