I was rank 4,803 in Camilla's Army and got a ton of feathers

I'm sure you would've ranked significantly higher than 4803 with the same effort if you joined like Beruka's army or something

They need to make the gauntlet like, a bunch of randoms.

Even aside from the boob factor, Hinoka didn't do a ton in Fates and the rest of them are largely just minor characters except maybe Cordelia.

Most people already know how they feel about the lords, but a bunch of minor characters would be interesting.

With Effie inheriting a Brave Lance (I got it from Donnel), I had her move over to the lower forest square in the same column as the Axe user to draw over the Ninja and had everyone else back into the corner with her. The next turn I had Effie kill the Ninja and move over to the right forest square so the axe user couldn't get to her (via Ninian's dance) and Navarre and the other Ninja would focus on finding the rest of my team on the other side of the forest. Then I positioned everyone so that they could take down the Ninja and Navarre between that turn and the next (I can't remember if I positioned them to start to fight then but I do recall telling myself to hold back, there was no need to rush to them).

One pitfall I see with trying to copy this over to your team is Navarre. My Ephraim was able to wall him with his really good defense and being Blue so I didn't perceive him as a threat unless he was backed up by both Ninjas. Against your Camilla, you might get doubled and killed.

I had ~120k points

I beat it! I got 4 star Navarre! First try with my new team!

I used lvl 4* Liliana
level 40+1 5* Effie
level 40 5* Camilla
and level 40 5* Ninian

I can post the strategy I used if you guys have a similar team, but I have a feeling no one else is having trouble

The funny thing is I actually killed the Axe wielder with Effie.

weakened him with Lilina, then repositioned her out of range with Camilla

Then I danced Effie to kill everything in sight

I forgot that we were supposed to receive the Twitter quiz prizes today, so that's an extra 10 orbs and 5,000 feathers right there. I think I'm going to just hoard everything I have right now, though, in hopes that the characters they're likely going to release after the spring banner are ones that I like.

Not that it's really easy to hoard orbs right now. Stupid one orb per day.

I was previously on Beruka's and now I'm on his, but I'd like to add a friend or two who has a good unit to share - I just deleted someone on my list who sent me a level 1 carrot Xander. Not sure if that was their idea of a joke or if they haven't been paying attention, but I only won thanks to a random Jaffar.

I'd probably be putting some cash into this if it weren't for the fact that the colors of the 5 in each summon batch are random since I only want specific colors and with the rolls I've been doing with my free orbs I usually only get like 3 reds which I don't need anymore and then one of each other one, these gacha games are already pretty random in what you get, adding more randomness to it puts me off so much

I feel like I'd win the lottery before I get like bunny lucina for example, put like 140 orbs into it and out of all those rolls there were only like 4-5 that were actually blue (although one was a spring unit, but it was goddamn xander wtf) and most of them were colorless and a good mix of the other ones

I've gotten that twice, I believe. Eirika & Peri, and Klein & Julia.

I saw a video of someone doing summons on the Spring banner and he got S. Xander, S. Xander, and S. Chrom on the same pull.

On my very first pull, I got 5 Star Male Robin and Young Tiki. The only 5 Stars I've picked up since are Seliph and Spring Camilla. A bunch of Sullys, Stahls, Cherches, Lissas, Arthurs, and Subakis.

It'd be less annoying to get so many 3 and 4 Star units if I'd get more variety.

I once pulled two 5 star Roys back-to-back, in the same batch. That was slightly annoying, especially since it was within the first few weeks of the game's life and I wanted more variety. Though it wasn't in the same batch, I once pulled a 5* Sanaki, stopped summoning for a while, and then pulled another one from literally the next orb I pulled. What was especially annoying about that was that I had already dumped a ton of orbs trying to get her before that happened, but at least the second one had a much better boon/bane.

So I decided to take on the Arena with my Brave Lance Effie and check out the Advanced teams (I initially held off on inheriting skills so the difficulty wouldn't spike), and my God, now I see why she's so high up on the tier list. You need specialized characters to kill her or you need to double up on your mages. Regular physical units scratch her armor and on my phase she's going to ORKO. Pair her up with Ninian just watch her sweep. I'm tempted to make a team with just her and 3 dancers now. Or... go for 2 dancers and keep Lilina on board to take care of any Axe/Green/Armor Effective users that would definitely make a dent on her HP.

On the side note, I made an all flier team with Palla, Michalis, Shanna, and Subaki. It works... sort of. It was a struggle before Palla learned her Goad Flier skill and Shanna with her Threaten Speed skill and desperation skill as Shanna couldn't take a hit and Subaki's lance makes him useless against Green users. But with those skills in effect, there's some respectable synergy to be had in the team and it really shines on the volcano map where infantry and cavalry units are held back by the terrain. Archers still tear the team apart which makes the Arena a dangerous proposition.

Anyhow, how many orbs do you guys have stocked up? I have 175 in hand, with 6 paralogues orbs to pick up and the 5 orbs from the take out 15 LV. 40 flying units achievement is achievable now.

I'm at like.....17? I went through a lot on the Spring Banner trying to get a Spring Chrom or Xander but couldn't find either. The orb grind is absolutely painful right now.

I only have 15 right now, and despite not having a spring Lucina, I don't plan on drawing from anything else until the new banner arrives. I hope they announce who's in it ahead of time again so I can go ahead and try the spring banner one last time if it turns out the new characters are ones I don't really like or have terrible art (poor Rebecca). Actually, now that I think about it, it wouldn't be surprising if it turned out to be Gaiden characters thanks to Echoes releasing in Japan in twelve days or so. Seeing as how just about everyone in Gaiden had the personality of cardboard (and I of course haven't had the ability to play Echoes yet, so I can't see how well they've updated everyone yet), I probably will skip it if that's the case, as no one in that game ever really meant much to me.

The orb drought is pretty painful right now, that's for sure, and I hate thinking about how those 10 orbs we received for the Twitter quiz don't seem as great after we've passed five days without the old 2 orb daily bonus.

Didn't read the thread, so I don't know if my question has already been answered.

Which of these draws should I pull from? The Spring banner or one of the flier banners? I don't have Camilla (and Beruka is the only 4 star Wyvern Rider I have) nor Cordelia (and Subaki is the only 4 star Pegasus Knight I have, mostly because I haven't raised Palla) and I didn't get any of the spring heroes.
