Because the government doesn't want a population of healthy Americans who are capable of rational thinking so they made up a bunch of false shit about nutrition and taught it in public schools.

Milk and eggs you can regularly collect if you have the animals. I imagine this was kind of a big deal way back when.

Milk is full of sugars and is not made to be consumed by human adults. It's growing baby food.

You already mentioned white bread, but even whole wheat bread isn't anything I would call essential to survival.

Eggs are pretty good for you as long as you don't completely over do it

Excuse me while I pick this apart.

Lactose tolerance is a mutation of "white people", especially Scandinavians. The rest of Europe got it because the vikings invaded roughly everything in the area a thousand years ago or so.

White bread is carbohydrates, gluten, and bleach, and nothing else. The only nutritive part of it is the yeast.

Eggs are harmless. Yes, the yolks are fucktons of cholesterol, but we're made of that. It's the "sit on your ass" lifestyle that makes us fat and our hearts explode.

I know plenty black people who are lactose intolerant...

Most africans I know don't even drink milk like that

I think it has more to do with the fact that milk is made for easy digestion for baby GI tracts. That's why their poop is always loose and gross. If you drink it as an adult, it will have similar effects, but since you are done growing, all the extra sugar and fat is not needed.

Because they have few ancestors from Scandinavia.

Understandable, because lactose metabolism past the age of three or so is actually a mutation.

Sources? I make my protein shakes in milk and although I doubt I'll change that, it's still good to know

Bread... Meh never liked it, white or brown but nutella is a goat tier spread

Because, dairy is pushed heavily by white-majority nations (one of which became the world hyperpower) because they can actually digest the stuff.

They all contain a decent amount of the things you need, and basic ingredients in a ton of recipes. For example, a massive amount of fried dishes, sauces, and other food items contain eggs. They also are uniquely North American, as other countries have different staples. For example, in many Asian and some Polynesian countries, the only thing considered a basic staple is rice.

Enriched white flour products are bad for you, especially with how much they've been peddled. It's batshit insane to see how hard they've been pushed (food pyramid and such). Real, whole grain breads are generally good for you. Dairy products like yogurt and cheese, can be good in moderation but milk is not good for most people, especially (again) with how hard it's been peddled. Eggs are good.
