I don't remember, fml.
I know Sightings and X-Files used to creep me out quite a bit though. And Unsolved Mysteries.
I can't think of any movies that did, though. Maybe it's because my mom didn't let me watch anything remotely scary (not even Nightmare before Christmas).

Its not a movie, but this one minute scene from an episode of Outer Limits is probably the sing scariest thing I've ever seen.

Oh eff that, too. In elementary school we had some book ... meeting at the library and the guest speaker was like "oh yeah check out this book about the Hindenberg called Fire in the Sky". This is before the online days of being able to look stuff up super easily and ordering it and all that. So we go to BN and order "Fire in the Sky". Go to pick it up next week... it's got aliens in it. Friggin' hell.

Any horror movie, I couldn't handle that stuff as a kid. Except Texas Chainsaw Massacre, oddly enough.

On a side note, Wind Waker used to scare me around the age of 8 or so. I had a bad illness and had to take medication, and the meds caused me to hallucinate, and while trying to fall asleep I would see Moblins sneaking up toward my room and it would freak me out so much. Couldn't beat the game until I was almost a teenager because it scarred me.
