I am looking and I see... Kanzaris had a vote on Johnbobb at one point? So? One scum voting a scum is not some elaborate trap.

I never said it was elaborate, just that they weren't avoiding each other on that front. Almost a last man standing mentality. I'm not saying hey let's vote death he's clearly linked here, I'm just saying don't discount him just because.

Managed to post this in another topic because I suck. This was a pretty good Death post against Scare. Also, the quotes are all wonky because I had to do them manually.

I bought pj as Miller. It's such a meme and pj was so small in mercs that I felt it was something gravy would put in.

My issue with death comes from just not liking how he handled everything with Ben, the inconsistencies miz pointed out. And when it was pointed out it was a slip he said it was barely a slip. Saying barely a slip means he acknoledged he slipped, and town doesn't slip

Interactions and placement. I mean no ones ever confirmed town, even though KAnz and JB pandered to me, I'm still not confirmed town, I mean I am, but I'm not, you never know what a scum teams doing unless they're terrible, and the players in this game are of a decent quality imo.

Whilst you're arguing with me you should note I've never voted Death and don't plan on it for the foreseeable future either, but discounting it completely? Ridiculous.

Well, I'm 3 topics in and death has made some posts that make me like him. I'm honestly too tired to continue, which means I won't get the chance today to finish deciding what I think of Death. But based off Kanz's post up there, I am seriously considering voting Tony to end day. I believe I'm the vote leader, so I guess I'll trot out this defense that I thought up (yes I do this as town, it's your responsibility to live as long as possible, also I felt the need to clear this particular argument with the host). Johnbob tried to have me modkilled.

Only if you wish to view it as such, discourse is what it gives and the sharing of opinions is what is important as town, do you never question your reads? To me that kind of certainty is a scum trait, you should always be willing to look at things from all angles.

For example Death's had a day with very few people after him to produce new insight and content but not done so, it's not just spit balling, there are valid reasons.

Also you know what's a scum trait?

Trying to put suspicion on as many targets as possible at any given moment.

Gives you nice bus flexibility if your scumbuddy happens to be one of them.

I would say certainty, or at least, being assertive with your feelings, is generally more a town trait than scum, personally. Certainty for scum only enters play in gambits, but generally the winning scumplay is to stir up suspicions around as many people as possible while keeping as low a profile as possible.

I mean you're basically denying the basis of the conversation, where we various people were discussing Death and their reads, I have several points in which I think make a solid case for Town Death, which I've outlined and a couple that say he's potentially scum. I don't have any that say he's definitely scum. So evaluating that and putting forth my opinion when people are discussing him is the best course of action to me.

I think blanket statements like town and scum say little of relevance and so I expound on them. I would expect more out of a town death than I've got this game, therefore no matter how much we discuss it, provided those reasons remain, there's the possibility of him being scum.

Honestly at this point it feels like you want to argue just for arguments sake.

My profiles been anything but low, I fought for a JB lynch hard and I discouraged the Death lynch, you're asking me to only offer ironclad reads, which is about as inorganic as it comes. Perhaps that's the way you think, but that line of thinking doesn't work for me and I bust scum heads regardless.

I'm arguing because I'm frustrated that more people are discussing Death's potential as scum than IGCD's when I feel I've caught him in a damn good slip, and instead I get vaugeries like "well I don't know how IGCD acts as town" or "there is a lot of sloppiness in this game and it can't all be scum."

Oddity is Obvtown. Death is obvtown. Lopen is obvtown (I gave a pretty good reason why at the start of this day). Basically we're in a really good position as long as we don't lynch those 3.

IGCD I think is town for his reactions to me when I faked him out. But he's kind of overdoing it now with his whole "kill me"thing to the point I'm worried about him, but not that heavily.

Mzero I think is town for how proud he felt of discovering The Slip and how confident he seemed with that. But just like IGCD, he's now overdoing it and being stubborn which slightly worries me.

Menu is either a really good faker or he's town. Not really liking him talking about being confirmed, but Ive been liking his input ever since he got here.

Basically I'm back down, from process of elimination, to the three I've been stuck on since yesterday. Tony, Scare, and Eaed. But I really can't pinpoint which of these I think is the likliest scum. None stand out as "Obvscum". AND I NEED OBV THINGS SO I CAN YELL ABOUT THEM IN ALL CAPS

So change the topic to IGCD then, it's your fault for harping on about Death when the conversation had basically ended if you wish to discuss IGCD discuss him.

IGCD is the type of town when in my experience who tunnels and fixates, and he's been way more flexible than I'd expect this game, he's also come under little scrutiny, and if I remember correctly JB and Kanz basically didn't even interact with him when he was voting.

The things he has going for him are a seemingly genuine reaction to Ben's claim of info on him and the fact his vote broke the tie on Kanz.

Now we know JB was scum also, and he was quite quick to unvote him after you called him out, his vote for Kanz means nothing IF JB was the stronger role. Which I'm currently inclined to believed.

Which is why, as I've already said I'm happy to lynch Eaed and have him poison him if he's not lying.

I find Eaed more troubling though, it was a scummy claim, mixed with inactivity and he received nothing but a token vote from Kanz on day 2 when I was questioning why the game was ignoring his presence. Usually inactives pick up a few votes whether town or scum, but everyone acted like he didn't exist.

The strongest reason? When Corrik claimed Cop, Oddity told him that he'd protect him. Good plan for a vanilla, since it MIGHT (if it fools anyone) draw the kill, or keep Corrik untargeted. Now some people might say that Oddity was testing the water to see if he could run with a protection role fake claim, but HOW does it make sense for scum Oddity? Not long after, Kanz claimed Backup Doc. So it wouldnt make much sense for two scum to plan claiming protection at the same time. That's just suicidal.

A funny reason? He forgot Chris was dead.

A reason that's still relevant today? His posts strike me as Obvtown :DDD His most recent stuff, the re-read on Death, seems very fair and balanced. And Death is someone who could have been an easy mislynch target today if people like Oddity hopped on that train. (This is assuming I'm also right about Death)
