Yeah but....

So I did a teaspoon of salt in like 10-12 oz of water. It didn't hurt at all, but I have no clue if that is enough salt. I swished with several mouthfuls for about a minute or so total.

Actually I think I used to get them as a kid, now that I imagine search it.
