Celebi (5) Cyndaquil (2) Skarmory (1) Feraligatr (1) Crobat (1) Heracross Ampharos Tyranitar Totodile Espeon View Results Just a little topic series I was thinking of running to see just how long I'm willing to put up with it. The premise is simple: every day, ten Pokemon will be up for voting, you vote for your favorite. The top FIVE advance to the next day, where they'll face five new Pokemon. And then we see what can last the longest. Like I said, I'll probably get bored at some point, but until then, let's see if we can get through Gen II at least, shall we? Also, when we reach the final days of the countdown, the contest will become a single-elimination series, with each round trimming the field one-by-one until we crown a single winner from Gen II. Jolteon is our Gen I champion and will face off against six other champions in the grand finals. Also, feel free to discuss opinions and predictions and whatnot. First off, Feraligatr scores a blowout. That's impressive. Second, every Pokemon in the roster was within two votes of, at the very least, forcing a tie to make it to day 52. Third, after the entire Cyndaquil line entered the day, only Cyndaquil itself leaves. And fourth, after Quilava got blown out, we had an extreme close race between Celebi and Lanturn, and the legendary gets one step closer to matching its predecessor, Mew, in terms of making a run to the endgame of this gauntlet. I don't have a screenshot of it, but that's what I saw. There should be a tiebreaker between those three Pokemon. 52 votes were already cast between 7:57 and now. It didn't occur to me that I should've grabbed a screenshot of the results at the deadline. I figured the poll would've been closed or Inviso would've caught it. I think the fact that I rarely post should be a hint that the outcome I originally posted is in fact true. If it wasn't for the three extra votes after the deadline and before my original comment, I wouldn't have posted. Instead, we're left with this controversy, and before Easter too. I really hate that this happened and I'm sorry I don't have picture proof of the results. I swear there were exactly 52 votes at the deadline and that the 3-way tie for 5th between Celebi, Heracross, and Totodile is correct.
