What an annoying feeling

Sometimes I just wanna be left alone to play ma games, then I get dragged out into doing things, or convos about work or someones elses problems...

So just like my regular job.

My roommate and I work together and sometimes vent about the idiots but other than that, I feel away from work when I'm away from work.

it's not even on call

my mom just called me to complain about stuff I literally have nothing to do with, and I can't even feign like I care so I just started browsing the internet. Then whenever I see certain people, they'll talk to me about crazy things in the office, or even message me. Or how I suddenly need to "accompany" people to go to stores.

If I didn't do those same things at work, (well besides going to stores...more like courtrooms...but actually being paid for it) then it wouldn't be a big deal!

Fuck fuck fuck, it's fucking Easter Friday and we don't go back to the office until Monday, leave me aloneeeee I wanna beat Purse Owner 5 already

after school - clean the room and get all the materials for tomorrow's lessons ready

go home - prep for a few days in advance

And then find time somewhere for grading shit, communicating with parents, working on professional development shit, extra curricular obligations (running club mainly).

I did nothing today because we had the day off and it's probably gonna bite me in the ass tomorrow/sunday. But I enjoy it at the end of the day. So I'm just venting.

thats why I could never be a real teacher

I already feel like I kinda don't have a ton of free time. I go to bed early because I can get more playing time out of it. If I go to bed around 9, and wake up at 2 that gives me 4 hours after work, and 5 and a half before work, to play games. But otherwise I could end up sleeping at 11, which is 6 hours, and wake up at like 6AM and immediately have to start getting ready for work and I'll maybe have 20 minutes of playtime

Sometimes, but it's usually when I'm actually working outside of work. Which I really try to avoid doing unless I know I was a slacker and didn't put in the right amount of time during the week.
