Natty is literally the choice for broke college students who want to get buzzed off some cheap alcohol. Why the hell is that an option?

All time favorite? Pliny the Elder. Of course that's not a beer you can drink all the time unless you live near the brewery so that sucks.

If we are being for real try random craft beers they are mostly all good. My all time best beer is Great Lakes Elliot Ness.

Also a big fan of Fat Tire.

Yeungling is a pretty good for something a bit cheaper.

Not a huge IPA fan, so I have no idea what is supposed to be good when it comes to those.

Yuengling is okay. I liked the bottle of Stone Cold's IPA that my friend gave me, really solid drink, and I normally do not like IPAs.

Have not tried Milwaukee's Best, but everything else you listed is trash.

I actually prefer to have hard ciders most of the time, and hard root beer is okay. I switched to those back when I tried Redd's back during a super bowl; they were giving away samples because it was a new drink they had at BWW. I used to drink Redd's more, but I pretty much prefer to get Strongbow over it anytime I can.

I'm not a broke kid or a boozehound, so I generally prefer quality over quantity. I do, however, occasionally knock back a 40 just for old time's sake.

Many liquor/beer stores and even a lot of grocery stores have a create your own 6-pack deal for usually pretty cheap. Just go, try a variety, and see if anything sticks.

There are lots of "lighter" styles. Farmhouse ales/saisons are en vogue right now. Light, tart, fruity, funky, low ABV although the American varieties have a habit of running it to 7%.

Session ales are also making their way over here. Different styles from pale ale to amber ale to brown ales but they're lower ABV and highly quaffable.
