I haven't drove ever since I got my license since I *hate* driving, but I figured I'd brush up my skills, I may be moving to this semi rural area with little busses :<
and I dunno, everyone was so meeean, rushing me and double jumping me :(
I remember when I was doing those 50 hours and there was this guy who followed me for like a minute honking his horn and then crossed me and sped off
even broke the double yellow line rule!
Like, gosh, I'm sorryyy I didn't know what to do :(

it was actually pretty funny


back to the topic at hand, i prefer driving around new drivers. they tend to be far more attentive to the road than people who have driven so long that they grow complacent.

People hate what they once were.

New drivers are perfectly fine. Far, far worse are old people or folks with handicap stickers who drive 10 under the limit, people who slow down to nearly a dead stop to make a right turn off of a busy street, people who start slowing down to make a left turn in the driving lane and not the designated turn lane, and the worst offender of them all, people who don't use their GOD DAMN blinker.

In general, a lot of people are really impatient and angry while driving, and being at all uncertain in your driving tends to result in behaviours that set them off, like going slower than they want to. Just ignore them and do your own thing, unless they actually get dangerous such that you have to protect yourself (which is unlikely). Let them have their heart attack at 45 from being angry all the time; it's not likely to affect you.

well, back then I had the beginner sticker on the truck, and yeah I drive pretty slow
though I got away with it since I lived in unpopular Delaware and there aren't that many cars on the road v:

and I meant when there's a car behind you and they go to the left, move up, and to the right to get in front

People pass all the time. I don't know how you forget what it is, and they use the word when talking about driving. It's not like "three-point turn", something I've basically never heard somebody say outside of a driver's test/education context

I wonder if Colorado has those dorky stickers now. I've never seen them, but I wouldn't be surprised since there have been a lot of increasingly draconian laws about driving here. The problem is they don't really do much to combat the fact that teenagers are just stupid and careless. They punish the responsible ones

Well, you don't have to put it on, it's not under the law or anything
it's just highly recommended :p

Because they run an error when trying to install them over the old drivers, and then amd panel keeps reminding you about a new driver you can't even install.
