On season 2 now. Pretty good so far. I guess I'm just a fan of Judd Apatow.

I like his other shows Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared.

I'm enjoy the show as well. I think i'm on ep 6 of season 2. Judd is a great TV writer, but I find his movies often lacking.

I had no idea it was Judd Apatow or I would have been more inclined to watch it sooner.

I've passed over it a few times but never tried it. I think I will now, as a big fan of the shows you mentioned TC.

I hated Gus too. The first episodes I was like fuck this guy, but by like episode 5 he was cool.

Gus is pretty annoying but he grows as a character and I also feel really bad for him at certain points

I think I read a review of the first season that sort of talked about how the ability to binge watch TV shows has made it easier for people to make shows that have too much superfluous stuff that makes it feel like nothing is going on until you've finished it

Probably my favorite show ever. It is a way too accurate depiction of modern dating and how relationships really work.

Most of the characters have big moments of unlikability followed by moments where they are way too relatable. It is a fairly realistic show. It's all about people trying to escape the never ending patterns in life and forge a new way of being, but the reality is that you can only change so much about yourself and those around you.

But yeah its an amazing show. Can't wait for season 3.

Iris Apatow (Ayra on the show) is starting to look like a young Amanda Bynes.

The big guy that plays Randy, Mike Mitchell, is one of my favorite living people. I dont think he had a single line on The Birthday Boys that didn't make me laugh.

that's how I feel about Love

I mean, that is also a general complaint about Judd Apatow stuff.

Though I would argue that quite a bit happens in this show despite it containing plenty of filler.

I agree and feel the same way about Master of None. Both really resonated with me and came about at a time in my life where I'm dealing with all the same shit.

I saw the first season. I thought it was good at first but by the end I was hoping that Ice Cube would pull up and murder both the main characters in a drive-by shooting

I didn't know there was a season 2. I am kind of curious what happens to the characters but not sure if it's worth bothering with.
