obviously the king of pop is the best dancer of the two

but in all else does bieber compare?

i know bieber can play the guitar & the drums so is he even as involved in the process of writing & creating his own music as much as m.j. was?

Bieber is more like Donny Osmond than M.J. A teen heartthrob who's appeal perplexes anyone sane and over the age of 20.

Bieber showed some growth with his Purpose album in 2015. He's still in the transition from a teen idol to a mature adult artist, but he'll get there in due time.

that is indeed true; with purpose he seemed to have captured a section of audience that was previously resistant to his early material.
somewhat reminiscent of timberlake's journey into solidifying his sound.

He's actually a lot more like our generation's elvis to be honest. I know that hurts to hear but objectively there are a lot of parallels.

lol! yeah true. time works in mysterious ways; move forward long enough to go backwards. but then again he is young & in time he may find more class.even hip hop elvis (eminem) is more docile now.(not that slims change was needed).

would be nice if our generation had someone who was in our way a frank sinatra then lol as classy as frank was i'm sure our generations version of him would be the better of two evils compared to bieber (even though their collab would never reach the caliber of the duet between sintara & elvis)

Not really. He didn't revolutionize the music industry or make a new genre of music more mainstream. The only parallels between them are that they were both very popular with teenage girls.

Well I mean there's Michael Buble, who is a classier guy in his private life than Frank Sinatra ever was. Problem is Michael Buble is just doing the same shit Frank was 70 years ago.

Fair point. I think Bieber does deserve a little more credit than he's given, though.

yeah he definitely didn't impact music the way elvis did; but being young still he still has a chance to surprise solidify himself as a lasting artist the way eminem did for himself after big l, tupac, b.i.g., & big pun. he went from being a hip hop elvis to a majority agreeing he's a goat(greatest of all time) alongside them. its possible the biebs wont of course but at the same time i wouldn't be surprised if he did cause no one would have guessed when eminem released his first album infinite that he would literally become infinite & become someone who people compare to tupac in modern times.
