I want to start planking everyday like I used to in high school. Before, I could do 3 minute planks (although my form would start breaking down around 2 minutes). Now I can barely reach 2 minutes (with my form giving out at around a minute).

What's a good daily routine I can use to improve my times? Should I plank until I notice my form getting worse or until I collapse, how long should I rest, etc.?

Option 3) Don't do it. Just don't do it.

I remember my college buddy motivating me to get through those torturous minutes of scissor twists. Sometimes it sucks exercising alone. But I think I'll try adding that to my weekly routine.

The Planck time is the time it would take a photon traveling at the speed of light to across a distance equal to the Planck length. I don't think you can improve it.
