Ok, can you define "God" now? To be a god do they have to be "god level"? Or is anyone considered in-universe to be a "god" (even if they aren't even a city buster or even capable of destroying a building) a god?

Ok, I pick (higurashi spoilers) Hanyuu. She exists outside of time and is able to travel to new timelines, but thats about it. She has no other power and basically doesnt even exist inworld other than as an "imaginary friend" for the person shes accompanying, and as hallucinations or spooky ghost stories for anyone else
