Put them together making a PB&J sandwich. Whisk two eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and a little cinnamon together. Drop the sandwich in this mixture, making sure both sides get covered. Heat a small amount of butter in a skillet until melted and hot and then drop sandwich in, cook 2 minutes or so on each side until a nice crust has formed. A little longer for thicker slices of bread. Remove from heat.
