You can build your own BMW for a decent price too btw

https://www.bmwusa.com/byo.html#!/

Just pick everything out there and they make it for you.

I love fiddling with these but I always end up building something over the top.

What your telling me is you can't afford a $64,000 car but could afford a $38,000 car topic creator. You did not get that much wealth from the sound of it and should not be wasting it on an expensive car you can't afford to upkeep.

Huh? I'm looking in the 60-80 K range. I never said I was looking for a million dollar car.

I don't believe you TC. I'dd need you to buy me things off my Amazon wish list to see if it's legit.

Possibly someday I'll do stuff for the boiz here.

K troll.

Bugs is a lot of things but a welfare case isn't one of them. He posted pics of his frat parties in college and it's clear he was living lavishly at a "rich kid" school.

He's probably just stupid and felt like he was being clever insulting the guy he's referencing that isn't you.

That really doesn't mean much though unless he is financially set now, be it self-funded or through family. But I guess it is possible he mistook me for someone else when he quoted me and maybe I overlooked where someone randomly said people under eighteen were immature for buying junk food with their own money.

Yeah I figured It was me being dumb my bad. Yeah the Shelby GT 350R is the one I meant. Track 3 hours from me plus that would be bonkers.

But I would have to wait until 2018/19 for price ranges like that.

I don't want to get TOO much into my personal finances but I have to pay an additional tax besides regular income tax for this year and next year which is the reason I'm looking in a "lower" range.

My two dream cars are a Lamborghni Aventedor SuperVeloce and a Maserati Gran Turismo MC 4.7.

Both are far more long term goals but I am weighing my options. I could jump on a Gran T now but it would be a 4.2 with a vomit yellow color interior.

How come? Just curious.

I know it's not the fastest or anything like that but a black one with a red interior or a yellow one with a black interior would be high on my list of most wanted cars. Especially black with red. Looks like some shit Darth Vader would drive.

Fair enough.

Rode in a Viper when my dad tested one in the early 2000's. He hated it (It's too hot when you go fast! It's too small! The color will show dirt!) but I thought it was pretty great. $250,000 new in Canada though. Plus you have to pay some stupid tax cause of the side airbag laws. Same reason I haven't looked at Lotus's. The insurance will be enough without bizarre side taxes (No pun intended)

I like Corvette's especially the new ones but they're all over the place here. Every dude in this town who makes a buck buys a white one with black stripes and goes to the highway outside the resort town nearby where you can go 80 mph legally.

Never cared for the GT.

I dislike the 06-08 version. The second generation I like though.

I stand by what I said about the Lotec. Looks like a kit car and the inside makes it look like two people are sharing a sarcophagus space wise. Makes a nice sound though.

That just kind of proves my point. There is no such thing as "financial lawyer." Lawyers practice in a variety of areas that sometimes deal with finance, like corporate or securities but no decent lawyer would consider themselves a "finance lawyer." Its a made up thing.

There are financial planners or investment consultants and there are lawyers to help you set up your business entities or restructure debt. They are usually called corporate or tax lawyers, not financial lawyers.

Its not though. It literally doesn't make sense. Its like calling someone that works in fast food a "hamburger processing engineer."

I don't think I have ever seen a decent law firm say they have a "financial law" practice. Its all going to be corporate, tax, or trusts and estates. Yes, you can find it on links like those you have posted that provide general information about corporate law practice and maybe some solo guys will have it on their website but I would be surprised if any reputable law firm would say they have a "financial law" practice.

Look at some of the top firms; Cravath, Greenburg, Baker, Akerman, Skadden and if one of them says they do "financial law" I will admit I'm wrong.

Well, I can admit I am wrong. Legitimate law firms are now advertising general corporate practices as finance. I was wrong. Although, I still stand by my point that "finance" law isn't a real thing and is just a combo of a bunch of different corporate and tax areas.
