You keep your compendium, social stats, and level 10 links (if you visited them on the last day) and they make it so you get a huge bonus to the Confidant if you have a matching persona.
You also get access to some secret bosses and I think a secret dungeon.

Not exactly, you only get some abilities of the confident you maxed, although for a couple it does give you all or most and doesn't unlock the abilities until you get rank 1 if the confidant in a NG+. You also only get the bonus confidant with a matching persona item from the character you romanced.

There's only one secret boss and no secret dungeon.
