It doesn't quite have the Genesis Sonic physics down, neither did Sonic Generations, but it's a little better than that game. The way Sonic interacts with other objects is still very rigid compared to the actual classic Sonic (where it was highly dependent on Sonic's momentum) but at least it's a little more natural-looking. The problem I have is just how uncreative this all feels. Like there is no desire for creativity anymore in lieu of just playing it safe because it'll piss off the fewest people.
