yeah it took us a couple games to understand what was going on. When you're a renegade, your goal is to 1. stay away from the police and 2. break out any teammates locked in jail. there's a button underneath the jail that demolishes the jail once you run into it. If you last the three minutes, you win. As the police you're trying to get close enough to a renegade so your piranha plant attacks them and locks them away in jail. When all the renegades are locked away, you win.

It's very hard to see what's going on with 4 player split-screen so once we finished a set of games we tried other modes.

Renegade roundup is definitely the best of the battle modes.

Not really a fan of the incredibly slippery physics going on in the battle modes tbqh, it just makes doing anything really awkward

Does anybody know if you can charge/power the Pro controller through your computer like you can the PS4 controller? My Mario Kart and Pro just came and I really want to use it but sitting that close to the console is no dice, and it didn't seem to light anything up when I plugged it into my laptop.

So it seems like this game has the same problem the Wii U version did at launch where you can't join full games with Friends without getting an error. I haven't been able to play with anybody else.
