The rest of your problems have only come from a drinking problem, which in my opinion is BS, because it's not like you're breaking the law by drinking as long as you're not driving. He decided to get drunk every day for a month and skip all of the tests. Please explain to me in what way he has "turned his life around" in the slightest? He's a fuck up. He's delusional. He refuses help, makes excuses, and blames everyone but himself for the situation he put himself into. He's a scumbag. It genuinely doesn't get much more clear than that. If he wants to change, he has to do several things. 1. Get a job. 2. Stop drinking. 3. Follow all guidelines given by the courts and complete his probation. Then we can talk about him turning his life around. Until then, fuck him. There are people who come from worse situations and work their asses off every day to make up for a mistake and they don't get half the chances this waste of life has gotten. I personally hope he rots in prison.
