It's prohibitively expensive. these things usually ship by... ship. That's why it's called shipping.

So when you order something with 2 day shipping on Amazon but live in the same state as the facility, they're just putting your order onto a ship so it can take a trip around the Atlantic for a couple of days before you get it?

ZP, nintendo predicted 2 million units sold in their first month but it sold over 2.7 million. These are absolute facts you can look up. This means there was more demand than they predicted, which created a shortage that wasn't artificial.

I also provided PROOF that nintendo shipped consoles by plane, a much more expensive shipping method, to somewhat address the higher demand. This proves they did not want to have shortages and went to great lengths to not have them.

These are pure facts. Let's see your evidence for switch artificial shortage other than speculation based on decades old anecdotal evidence.
