Yeah, the last part was stupidly easy. I mean, it looked neat, but there's like no real way to actually take damage from hat i could tell.

i'm assuming if you actually got hit by the blast it would hurt but like he just randomly shot it out and didn't even try target you

the gerudo boss was the only hard enemy in the game. then like some of the guardian stalkers when you first meet them. oh and the the lynels are terrifying the first time you fight one.

It's really cool looking, but easy. If you do the four Beasts beforehand, anyway.

I didn't even notice that, actually. I was too busy trying to control my horse (spoilers just in case). And yeah, lynls still give me a bit of trouble if only because I suck at aiming with a bow. x-x

The only boss I had a hard time with was Thunderblight Ganon because of the poles.

Even if I hadn't done them, I don't think the first phase would have lasted more than a minute or two longer. It was pretty easy to figure out what to do and not much harder to actually do it.

It's four more extra bosses, all of which are tougher than the final boss.

Except you have at least one extra boss to deal with beforehand.

Ganon is a mindless plot device in BotW. Period. Just as he is in ALttP and ALBW and FSA and basically every game he appeared in as a pig, since in that form his mind is basically consumed by his lust for power and revenge against Links past and present.

The guy you are talking to is referring to stuff like TWW and OoT where Ganon is a menacing figure but also a character. He's always taken human form when he did that, but that's not strictly necessary.

I like character Ganon as well, but that isn't the "real" Ganon, if by real it also means original.

Ganondorf isn't Ganon. Ganon has always been a rampaging pig-beast with only one exception. He gets a few lines of Dialogue in LttP and that's it.

Even in TP, when Ganon shows up, he's this mindless berserking thing that charges headfirst into walls.

ganondorf and ganon are the same person and ganon is self aware. he isnt mindless when he's ganon except in his failed resurrection(s) and in breath of the wild

He has a good number of lines in FSA. I believe that's the best design for beast Ganon and I'm disappointed that BotW's interpretation is just TP four-legged Ganon with goo and lights.

and billy batson doesnt lift up ocean liners

twilight princess ganondorf is young and rash. he did not have the solitude and experience that ww ganondorf had, and it showed in his fight. he preferred to win via brutish tactics and might, and it showed. there is nothing so much as hinting that he loses his mind (but it still somehow cognizant enough to know that his tactics arent working and to switch back)

He's a character in AlttP, OoT, TWW, FSA, and TP. He's a mostly mindless beast in LoZ, OoS, OoA, ALBW, and BoTW. That's because on the downfall timeline, Ganon simply comes back to life every century or so, degenerating further each time. BotW is a long time after any other Downfall Timeline game, so naturally he's regressed quite a bit.

That being said, he wasn't even able to fully revive this time around. I imagine he would have been more like LoZ Ganon if he had succeeded.

I like LTTP Ganon the most because he's far more cunning than most incarnations. He and Aghanim actually being the same being was pretty cool.

As for Ganondorf, I think he's due for another appearance soon. Not counting Hyrule Warriors, he hasn't been in a game since TP.
