It really just makes things take affect a little quicker. DesertPenguin09 05/03/17 10:22:36 PM #8:	Thankfully I only had to take them out because they became issues. Otherwise they were growing in okay and in the right spot. I didn't take care of my teeth and it was literally dying. I hate that needle and the pain when they press it in. I never move too much or make noise which messes them up.
