The plot was that they bulldozed Sacred Heart to build a medical school on top of it, and the story revolved around a new cast of med students. Turk, Dr. Cox, and Denise (the 'dudechick' intern from S8) were the primary instructors, Dr. Kelso and Ted were usually hanging around for some reason, and JD and Elliot were in maybe 4 or 5 episodes apiece. As you can probably guess, it didn't last more than one season.
