Well, most young people age well now it seems. When you look at older photos or movies, 30-year-olds look like they'd have grandkids :/

Probably all the anti smoking culture and regulation. Even kids were hot boxed constantly whether in the home of a smoker or restaurant if they were lucky enough not to be smoking themselves by age 9.

That has to be part of it. nutrition likely factors in as well. More food available means healthier bodies, in a general sense.
