I just started a blogger because it's free but google won't let me monetize until it is 6 months old. So far I plan on making rants on extremely niche things.

A balance between written and video content, maybe? Some people want one or the other. Try to focus on things that relate to a searchable topic but deal with it differently. If you take game reviews, they're all basically the same, for instance. Mixing them up like "this game sucks" or "this game rules" then just taking an openly subjective stance would be a way to be different. You couldn't very well score it then, but whatever.
