It's the same shark.

It's a shame too, seeing how Jaws V was never made, and how it should have been one of the Brody kids becoming an astronaut, and the shark trying to eat its way into the International Space Station. In space.

Unfortunately, you are correct. The Jaws 5, People 0 thing apparently stems from Jaws 3, People 0, the original script for Jaws 3. *facepalm* Well, ICOYAR is not supposed to be right about anything, so I suppose this means I have to go sit on a grenade.
