When I call CS of any companies I often get reps that have thick foreign accents (like French or Indian) that's REALLY difficult for me to understand what they're saying.

Because they outsource it all to India. outsourcing to India is a natural consequence of wanting 24/7 support. It's not just that they'll do it cheaper, it's that while it's 2 AM here, the sun is out in India. Some companies will actually fly out American employees to take calls in India. --- ...
