When I call CS of any companies I often get reps that have thick foreign accents (like French or Indian) that's REALLY difficult for me to understand what they're saying.

outsourcing to India is a natural consequence of wanting 24/7 support. It's not just that they'll do it cheaper, it's that while it's 2 AM here, the sun is out in India. Some companies will actually fly out American employees to take calls in India.
