Skye Reynolds 05/14/17 1:42:55 PM #2:	If I wrote for Transformers, I'd have it explained that it goes against their programming to carry out the premeditated execution of a member of their own team -- sorta like the prime directives in Robocop. Megatron could perhaps fire at Starscream on impulse. But, after missing, his system locks when he tries to fire again because it goes against the whole "x shall not raise hand against x" directive which all Transformers have.
