Initially, Roger Radcliffe was on this list because of a miscount. The randomization was run and Milo and Gazelle were the two left out.

It was then discovered that Roger had a fourth nomination. Despite Roger already being assured of a spot in the contest, the randomization was re-run and Finnick and Gyro were the last two left. MI intervened and restored the original results.

What's especially interesting is that, despite our fears about everything that was new coming out, the more competitive spots were for the veterans, and as for the movies released since last time there was a pretty clear consensus on who we wanted to see get in (though I have to say I didn't remember at all who Koslov was and had to look him up, and upon doing so still have no idea why he got the support he did, such a random choice for a Zootopia rep).
